This apartment can be found in
the Heliopolis, in section E, on the fourth
floor, with balcony to south side.
It
has been equipped for 1-2 persons. There is a
double bed in the combined bedsitting room, a
little kitchen and a SAT-TV. A ventilator in the
living area provides for a light wind. Bath and
toilette are in separate rooms. The balcony,
which is directed to the south, offers a nice
view to the sea and the opposite building Port
Nature. A sunblind offers shadow.

Rental Conditions
In general we rent from Saturday (arrival between 5 p.m. and 9 p.m.) until Saturday
(departure until 10 am).
During the pre-season (April/May) and post season (as of September) it is possible
to rent individual days, but at least 3 nights!
