This apartment can be found in
the Heliopolis, section K, on the fourth floor,
inner circle.
It is suitable for 2 to
maximal 5 persons. There is a bedroom (with a
window), where you can find a double bed and a
large wardrobe. In the pass-through room between
bedroom and livingromm there are two bunk beds.
Opposite the bunk beds there is the bathroom
with bath tub and the toilet in a separate room.
The livingroom has been equipped with a small
kitchenette with two hotplates and a microwave.
In this combined bedsitting room, there is also
a pull-out sofa for two persons. The apartment
has a satellite TV, which can be used free of
charge. The terrace, which is directed to the
south, is equipped with a table, chairs and a
sunbed. A sunblind offers shadow, and there are
manual shutters also. The beach is approx. 150
metres away.

Rental Conditions
In general we rent from Saturday (arrival between 5 p.m. and 9 p.m.) until Saturday
(departure until 10 am).
During the pre-season (April/May) and post season (as of September) it is possible
to rent individual days, but at least 3 nights!
