Desctiption of Accommodation |

This is a fully renovated, very
beautifully situated apartment! It can be found
in the Heliopolis, building section D, on the
fourth floor, outer circle, south side. It is
furnished for two persons. In the combined
living and bedroom there is a comfortable
double-bed and a completely furnished
kitchenette with a two-plates stove,
refrigerator and microwave. In the apartment,
there is a SAT-TV, a DVD/MP3-player and a
ceiling ventilator. There is a safe as well
which you can rent for a small fee. In the hall,
you can find a large, spacious wardrobe. Right
opposite, there is the bathroom with a large
shower, washbasin and a large mirror. The
separate toilet is in the room next door. The
balcony is furnished with a table and chairs, a
sunblind offers pleasant shadow. From the
balcony you have a wonderful view to the sea as
well as to the building "Port Nature“. There is
a lift in the "building section D“. |

Rental Conditions
In general we rent from Saturday (arrival between 5 p.m. and 9 p.m.) until Saturday
(departure until 10 am).
During the pre-season (April/May) and post season (as of September) it is possible
to rent individual days, but at least 3 nights!
