This apartment can be found in
the Heliopolis, in section E, on the third
floor, with balcony to the inner
circle.
It has been equipped for 2-4
persons.
There is a double bed in the
combined bedsitting room and two bunk beds in
the anteroom, which can be separated from the
living area by a door.
Opposite the bunk
beds there are the new bathroom with a shower
and the separate toilet.
The living area
is provided with a small kitchenette, with two
hotplates and a microwave.
A ventilator
in the living area provides for a light wind.
There is a safe, it can be used against
a small fee. Incl. TV (with French TV stations).
The balcony goes to the east-side. The
beach is approx. 90 metres away.

Rental Conditions
In general we rent from Saturday (arrival between 5 p.m. and 9 p.m.) until Saturday
(departure until 10 am).
During the pre-season (April/May) and post season (as of September) it is possible
to rent individual days, but at least 3 nights!
