Desctiption of Accommodation |

This apartment is a little,
neat eye-candy which is beautifully located! The
apartment can be found in the Heliopolis, in
building section E, on the fourth floor, outer
circle, south side. It is suitable for one to
three persons. In the combined living-bedroom
there is a very comfortable double bed pull-out
sofa and in the anteroom two bunk beds. The
little kitchenette is completely equipped with
two-plates stove, refrigerator and microwave.
There is a satellite flat screen in the
apartment. Right opposite to the bunk beds,
there is the bathroom with shower bath,
washbasin and mirror and in the room beside the
toilet. The balcony is furnished with a table
and chairs, a sun blind provides for pleasant
shadow. From the newly tiled balcony you have a
wonderful view to the sea as well as to the
hinterland and the building „Port Nature“. In
the “building E“ there is a lift. |

Rental Conditions
In general we rent from Saturday (arrival between 5 p.m. and 9 p.m.) until Saturday
(departure until 10 am).
During the pre-season (April/May) and post season (as of September) it is possible
to rent individual days, but at least 3 nights!
