This apartment can be found in
the section E, on the ground floor, outer
circle.
It is suitable for four persons.
There is a double bed-sofa in the living
area and two bunk beds in the anteroom, which
can be separated from the living area by a door.
Opposite the bunk beds there are the
bathroom and the toilet.
Beside a
sitting unit consisting of a table and four
chairs, there is a large wardrobe in the living
area as well as a small, completely-equipped
kitchenette.
The apartment is provided
with a safe, which can be rented against a small
fee. The satellite TV can be used free of
charge.
A garage borders on the
apartment, which is separated from the apartment
by a lockable interconnecting door. This garage
can be rented, but it is not absolutely
necessary.
The terrace is directed to
the south, a sunblind offers pleasant shadow.
The total floor space of the apartment
is approx. 43 square metres.
The beach
is approx. 70 metres away.

Rental Conditions
In general we rent from Saturday (arrival between 5 p.m. and 9 p.m.) until Saturday
(departure until 10 am).
During the pre-season (April/May) and post season (as of September) it is possible
to rent individual days, but at least 3 nights!
