Desctiption of Accommodation |

An apartment in the Heliopolis,
section E, ground floor, outer circle.
It is suitable for up to six persons and
has a total floor space of approx. 45 square
metres.
There is a double bed in the
combined bedsitting room, two bunk beds in the
anteroom and a second double bed in a separate
bedroom.
Opposite the bunk beds there
are the bathroom and the separate toilet.
In the bathroom there is a bath tub
(with shower curtain), two washbasins, a
bathroom cabinet and a large mirror.
Beside the double bed the bedsitting
room is provided with a seating unit and a
completely-equipped kitchen.
Among
others, the kitchen contains a dishwasher, a
small oven with grill and a microwave.
In the apartment there is a satellite TV
and a safe, this safe can be rented.
The
tiled terrace, with a small frontgarden, is
directed to the south, a sunblind offers shadow.
There are electric shutters also.
The terrace is provided with a table, chairs
and a sunbed.
A garage borders on the
apartment and can be separated from the
apartment by a lockable interconnecting door.
This garage can be rented, but it is not
absolutely necessary.
The beach is
approx. 100 metres away.

Rental Conditions
In general we rent from Saturday (arrival between 5 p.m. and 9 p.m.) until Saturday
(departure until 10 am).
During the pre-season (April/May) and post season (as of September) it is possible
to rent individual days, but at least 3 nights!
