This is a
functionally-equipped, small apartment, which is
nice located.
The apartment can be found
in the Heliopolis, section A, on the fourth
floor, south side.
It has been equipped
for 1 to maximal 3 persons.
There is a
double-bed in the bedsitting room and a single
bed in the pass-through room.
Opposite
the single bed there are the bathroom and the
separate toilet.
The small kitchenette
has been equipped completely for
self-sufficiency, with two-hotplates stove and
microwave.
The apartment is provided
with a satellite TV, a ceiling ventilator and a
safe. This can be rented against a small fee.
From the terrace you will have a view to
the sea. A sunblind offers shadow, and there are
electric shutters also.
The beach is
approx. 80 metres away.

Rental Conditions
In general we rent from Saturday (arrival between 5 p.m. and 9 p.m.) until Saturday
(departure until 10 am).
During the pre-season (April/May) and post season (as of September) it is possible
to rent individual days, but at least 3 nights!
