This apartment can be found on
the ground floor of the Heliopolis residence in
the building stage A.
It is located
directly nearby the beach which is approx. 30
metres away. It has been equipped for 2 to 3
persons. Via a large terrace in the outer circle
of the building you can get into the apartment
(there is an electric shutter) in the combined
bedsitting room. Here you can find a small
kitchenette which has two hot plates and a
microwave. Furthermore, this room has a dining
table and chairs and a fixed double bed. A
satellite TV and a stereo system have been
installed and can be used free of charge.
You can also find a safe here for which,
however, you will have to pay a low fee. There
is an additional single bed in a pass-through
room which is separated from the living space by
a door. Opposite to this bed you will find the
bathroom with a shower and toilet bowl.
The apartment has a total floor space of
approx. 30 square metres and is quietly situated
in a traffic-free area.

Rental Conditions
In general we rent from Saturday (arrival between 5 p.m. and 9 p.m.) until Saturday
(departure until 10 am).
During the pre-season (April/May) and post season (as of September) it is possible
to rent individual days, but at least 3 nights!
