This villa offers one of the
most beautiful apartments of our range!
The
villa is located in the green spaces of Port
Nature.
It has two floors and is equipped in
modern standard for up to six persons.
Via
the terrace you can enter the ground floor of
the villa where you will find a fully equipped
kitchen (with microwave) and a dining area with
a round table and four chairs.
Moreover, the
ground floor is equipped with a renovated
bathroom with shower and nice bathroom cabinet,
as well as with the toilet in a separate room.
The ground floor has two sleeping rooms. One
sleeping room has two bunk beds and the other a
single bed under which you can pull out a
further one. Both sleeping rooms have
respectively one large wardrobe and a door to
the terrace.
This terrace is directed to the
south.
It is tiled and a fireplace built of
stone is inviting for having a barbecue.
You can get to the upper floor via the
stairs beside the kitchen.
Here you can find
a large room with a comfortable sofa bed, which
can be pulled out for two persons.
Furthermore, the upper floor has a satellite
TV and a safe.
From this bedsitting room you
can get to the very spacious roof terrace from
where you will have a wonderful seaview. This
terrace is also directed to the south. An
electric sunblind offers shadow, if required,
and there are also electric shutters. Both
terraces are equipped with garden furniture.
The roof terrace has two additional sunbeds.
We would like to mention that the apartment
has also a washing machine.
Total living
space: approx. 60 square metres, terraces:
approx. 40 square metres.
The villa is
located in the first row at the beach, which is
only ten metres away.

Rental Conditions
In general we rent from Saturday (arrival between 5 p.m. and 9 p.m.) until Saturday
(departure until 10 am).
During the pre-season (April/May) and post season (as of September) it is possible
to rent individual days, but at least 3 nights!
