This is a functionally-equipped
apartment in the Port Nature, section 5, on the
fifth floor, south side.
It is suitable for
2 - 4 persons.
There is a separate sleeping
room with two bunk beds and a sofa bed for 2
persons in the combined bedsitting room.
Here you can also find a completely-equipped
kitchen with a counter.
Moreover, there is a
satellite TV in the living room which can be
used by our guests free of charge.
In the
bathroom, there is a washing basin and a shower,
the toilet can be found in a separate room. The
balcony, directed to the south, offers a
wonderful view to the sea and the green spaces
of the Port Nature.
It has been equipped
with a table and chairs.
The total floor
space of the apartment is approx. 31 square
metres.

Rental Conditions
In general we rent from Saturday (arrival between 5 p.m. and 9 p.m.) until Saturday
(departure until 10 am).
During the pre-season (April/May) and post season (as of September) it is possible
to rent individual days, but at least 3 nights!
