This is a large apartment in
the Port Nature, section 2, on the third
floor.
It is suitable for 2-4 persons and
has a total ground floor of approx. 78 square
metres.(incl. roof terrace)
Trough the
entrance you get into a small anteroom where you
can put your beach luggage etc. From there you
get into the living room where you can find an
inviting dining table and chairs with a coffee
table.
The apartment has been equipped with
a safe and a satellite TV. These extras can be
used free of charge.
Passing by the
kitchen you get to the bathroom. Here you can
find two washbasins, a shower and the toilet in
a separate room. The apartment has two separate
bedrooms, one with a fixed double bed and the
other with two bunk beds for children. Both
rooms have sliding windows so that they are easy
to clean.
From the livingroom you can get
via stairs to the roof terrace of the apartment.
Here you have a unique view to north, south,
west and east. You can look at the complete
coast and the sea, on the green spaces of the
Port Nature, to the opposite building Heliopolis
and to the outback.
On the tiled terrace you
can find terrace furniture and two sunbeds.
This light and friendly apartment is
very much on demand among our
customers!

Rental Conditions
In general we rent from Saturday (arrival between 5 p.m. and 9 p.m.) until Saturday
(departure until 10 am).
During the pre-season (April/May) and post season (as of September) it is possible
to rent individual days, but at least 3 nights!
