This is an apartment in the
Heliopolis building.
It can be found in
section D, on the first floor, outer circle. It
is suitable for 2 adults and 2 children. There
is a fixed double bed (witha a ceiling
ventilator) in the combined bedsitting room and
two bunk beds in the anteroom, which is
separated from the living area by a door.
Opposite the bunk beds there is the bathroom.
Here you can find a nice bathroom cabinet with a
large mirror as well as a bath tub with a shower
curtain. The toilet is in a separate room.
Beside the double bed the living area has a
large wardrobe, a completely-equipped
kitchenette and a small livingroom suite. Beside
a 4-hotplate stove (with oven) the kitchen has a
microwave. A very nice, often welcome, extra is
the installed washing machine and a large
refrigerator. The living area has a satellite TV
and a stereo system. A safe has been installed
and can be rented against a small fee. From the
living area you can get to a veranda, which has
been furnished in style with a table and chairs
as well as very stylish antique furniture. The
balcony, which is directed to the south, offers
a nice view to the sea and the opposite building
?Port Nature?. A sunblind offers shadow. The
beach is approx. 40 metres away. The apartment
has a total floor space of about 40 square
metres.

Rental Conditions
In general we rent from Saturday (arrival between 5 p.m. and 9 p.m.) until Saturday
(departure until 10 am).
During the pre-season (April/May) and post season (as of September) it is possible
to rent individual days, but at least 3 nights!
