Desctiption of Accommodation |

This is a comfortable little house within the green spaces of the Heliovillage, in a very quiet area. The villa has a south terrace with a little garden. It is suitable for two to four persons. On the ground floor, behind the entrance, there is a bedroom with a double bed which is 1.60 metres wide. The entrance door can be closed with a grille, so that during warm nights it is possible to sleep with the door open. Between the living area and the bedroom there is the corridor from where you can enter the bathroom and the separate toilet. The bathroom is newly tiled and furnished with a large shower and beautiful bathroom furniture. In the living room there is a kitchenette as well as a dining bar, a large wardrobe, a comfortable sofa and a sideboard. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with a large refrigerator, 2-plates stove, dishwasher, a little grill and a combination device with microwave and oven. There is a satellite TV in the apartment. There is a room safe as well which you can rent for a little amount of money. Via wooden stairs you can get on the upper floor where you can find a second bedroom with two single beds which can be pushed together. Here is a wardrobe as well, a commode and a window. From the living room you can get to the beautiful veranda, furnished with a nice dining set, a further wardrobe and a large mirror. From there you can get to the terrace from where you have a wonderful view into the green spaces of Heliovillage. On the terrace you can find garden furniture and a sun bed.
Rental Conditions:
in general we rent from Saturday (arrival between 5 p.m. and 9 p.m.) until Saturday (departure until 10 am).
During the pre-season (April/May) and post season (as of September) it is possible to rent individual days, but at least 3 nights!
